Do you offer invoicing as a payment option?

$0 - $5,000 Orders: Advance payment by credit card or check is required before a product will ship.
$5,000+ Orders: A 50% deposit is due at the time an order is placed with the balance due before a product will ship.
Credit Application is needed for all new customers ordering $5,000 or more.

For custom jobs, the down payment must be received before any special materials will be ordered.
Discounts apply to product costs and services charges, but do not apply to Shipping or Sweet Home products and cannot be combined with any other offers.

Are there any limitations with Corporate coupons?

Discounts are deducted from the merchandise total and are not applicable to Sweet Home products.
Discounts are not eligible for corporate customers already receiving a prearranged custom discount.

Can I place my order today for a future arrival date?

ABSOLUTELY – we’re good at that. You specify the day you want it to arrive and we tell you the shipping options.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please call us toll free at 1-888-699-3337 and we will do our best to assist you.

Note: Your order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been packed for shipping. We run a continuous packing operation (especially during holidays) and packages are loaded onto pallets and onto UPS trailers all day long. The trailers are pulled away as they fill up. You can imagine how hard it would be to go hunting for one item buried somewhere in a 40 foot long trailer! So if you need to change something, call us ASAP and no later than 3:00 PM the day before the order is due to ship.

Do you have suggestions for how to choose the right product?

Are you buying for an event or is it a gift?
If it’s for an event, how many people will be there and will this be the main feature (dessert party) or part of a larger menu? How many people will be there? Do you need gift packaging? If not, shop from our bulk menu.
If it’s a gift, how many individual recipients are you buying for?
What is your desired budget per person?
Will everyone be getting the same item or will there be different gifts for different people on your list?
Will you be shipping to individuals or groups? For example, is a gift for an office or a division or just one person?
If you are shipping to a central location, how will the gifts then be distributed? This is important for us to guide you to a product with an appropriate “enjoy by” date.
Have you calculated shipping into your budget? This is an additional charge. To keep shipping costs low, choose a product with a longer shelf life (such as our brownies, chewy cookies and shortbreads) that can ship UPS Ground.
