Can I personalize my gift?

Can I add personal gift messages to my corporate gifts?

Yes. All gifts include a complimentary personalized gift message card.

Do you offer invoicing as a payment option?

Invoicing is available upon completion and verification of a credit application. Verification turnaround time is typically 2 weeks from receipt of application. Please contact us to find out more about this option at 1-877-332-4944 or corporders@dancingdeer.com.

Can I place my order today for a future arrival date?

Yes. You specify the day you want it to arrive and we’ll tell you the shipping options. You can even have your gifts ship to different recipients on different days so that they all arrive on the same date.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you contact us before your gift ships, we are usually able to accommodate changes and cancellations. Please call us toll free at 1-877-332-4944 and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Questions

Can I ship to multiple locations?

Yes! We can simplify your gifting efforts and mail directly to your personalized list of gift recipients. View the order form on this PAGE. Please email our corporate customer service experts to discuss options at corporders@dancingdeer.com or call us at 1-877-332-4944. You can also save money by shipping your entire order to one location. But please be sure you have plans for immediate distribution to recipients if your gift includes a perishable product (freshness is what these packages are all about). In case it’s going to take you more than a week to distribute your gifts to all your recipients, we encourage you to choose products that have longer shelf-lives, such as our delicious shortbread cookies.

Can I have a courier pick up my order?
