From Boston (SHORT CUT on local roads)

• Take 93 South to the Exit #10 (Squantum Street)
• Continue straight on SQUANTUM ST.
• At stop sign, turn right onto ADAMS ST.
• At light, take sharp left onto CENTRE ST.
• Take a right turn on DOLLAR LANE which turns in to Milton Street when you cross Route 138. 
• Pick up the below directions at Milton Street heading in to Readville

From Boston (LONGER Highway ROUTE)

• Take 93 South to the Braintree split and follow signs to 95 South (which is also known as Route 128 in this stretch)
• Exit at Route 138 North to Milton
• Follow to 3^rd Stop Light and turn left at Milton Street

FOLLOW MILTON STREET (through two lights) into the Hamlet of Readville

• When you come through Readville you'll go under a RR overpass (Dunkin' Donuts is on your right) and the road curves hard to the right. 
• Take an immediate left OVER the Readville RR tracks. You'll see the Readville Station on your left. 
• Take a left after that bridge on to Sprague St. (the Readville station is still on your left, below you)
• Go straight through a stop sign
• Go over another bridge and the Boston/Dedham Office Park is on your right.
• Take the second entrance, labeled 63-101 Sprague St.
• When you see the building sign for 65 West directly in front of you, you will have arrived at our location
• The four loading dock doors on  your left are ours.
• The office entrance is on the far left  of the loading dock.  We don’t have any signage yet but you can’t mistake the green lobby.

From Points South and East

• Take Route 3 or 24 to 128 toward Dedham and exit at Route 138 North toward Milton, Exit 2A. Follow above directions from Rt 138.

From Points South and West

• Take Route 95N to Route 128N/Route 95N
• Follow Route 128N/Route 95N for 5.2 miles
• Take Exit #14 East St. / Canton St.
• Travel .1 mile into rotary, and take 1st right following sign for East St. Dedham
• Travel on East St. for .9 miles, and turn right at rotary towards Sprague St. / Cedar St.
• Take immediate right off rotary onto Sprague St.
• Follow Sprague St. for 1.1 miles, and turn left when you see sign on left for 101 Sprague St.
• Travel into parking lot for .1 miles past the 65 Center and Dock 3 signs, which will be on your right
• When you see the building sign for 65 West directly in front of you, you will have arrived at our location

From WEST of Rt. 128

• Take Exit #14 East St. / Canton St.
• Travel .3 miles around rotary, and take 4^th right following sign for East St. Dedham
• Travel on East St. for .9 miles, and turn right at rotary towards Sprague St. / Cedar St.
• Take immediate right off rotary onto Sprague St.
• Follow Sprague St. for 1.1 miles, and turn left when you see sign on left for 101 Sprague St.
• Travel into parking lot for .1 miles past the 65 Center and Dock 3 signs, which will be on your right
• When you see the building sign for 65 West directly in front of you, you will have arrived at our location
