The Sous-sus - Spring Easter Chick Bag

We have taken our toasted coconut cookies and drizzled them not only with chocolate, but with a pink candied drizzle as well.  Paired with the lemony chicks, these make a great gift choice for Easter, Mother's Day, Spring, Tuesdays, etc.  

Lemon Chicks 

Ingredients: Unbleached unbromated wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (milk), cane sugar, cage-free eggs, powdered sugar cornstarch), lemon oil, water, orange oil, kosher salt and/or pink sea salt, vanilla bean extract (water, alcohol, invert syrup), dried egg whites, vegetable-based food color.

Produced in a bakery that processes egg, milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts.

The Sous-sus, (pronounced sue sue, is a sort of releve, rising up to the point of your toes)
