Sugar Cane Lime Cookies
Ingredients: Unbleached, unbromated wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cane sugar, canola oil, cage-free eggs, cornmeal (yellow corn, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), baking soda, Pure Lime Oil, Kosher salt.

Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients: Cane sugar, unbleached unbromated wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), canola oil, eggs, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soya lecithin, vanilla), cocoa powder (processed with alkali), semisweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soya lecithin (an emulsifier), vanilla), baking powder, pure vanilla, baking soda, Kosher salt.

Hand-Decorated Vanilla Cookies
Ingredients: Unbleached unbromated wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (milk), powdered sugar (cornstarch), water, cage-free eggs, whole egg powder, lemon juice, vanilla bean extract (water, alcohol, invert syrup), kosher salt, dried egg whites, vegetable-based food color, citric acid, baking soda.

Lemon Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients: Unbleached unbromated wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (milk), cane sugar, cage-free eggs, powdered sugar cornstarch), lemon oil, water, orange oil, kosher salt and/or pink sea salt, vanilla bean extract (water, alcohol, invert syrup), dried egg whites, vegetable-based food color.

Produced in a bakery that processes egg, milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Freshness

Cookies, brownies, squares and bars remain fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature and may stay fresh up to 4 weeks when refrigerated and approximately 6 months when frozen.

Cakes are fresh within 2 weeks of the date packed at room temperature and may stay fresh up to 3 weeks when refrigerated and approximately 3 months when frozen.*Exception: Gingerbread cakes stay fresh for 1 week.

Breakfast cookies and decorated cookies are fresh for up to 3 months at room temperature.
