Ingredients: rolled oats, invert sugar, sunflower oil, crystalized ginger ( ginger, cane sugar), water, coconut, brown cane sugar, organic caramel (tapioca, cane sugar, nonfat milk, heavy cream, butter (cream, salt), salt, sodium citrate, carrageenan, vanilla extract, soy lecithin, vitamin E), dried wild blueberries (wildblueberries, sugar, sunflower oil), flax seeds, chia seeds, fruit juice, grain dextrin, vegetable fiber, kosher salt, vanilla extract(vanilla bean, water, alcohol, invert syrup), pure lemon oil.

Cookies, brownies, squares and bars remain fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature and may stay fresh up to 4 weeks when refrigerated and approximately 6 months when frozen.
Cakes are fresh within 2 weeks of the date packed at room temperature and may stay fresh up to 3 weeks when refrigerated and approximately 3 months when frozen.*Exception: Gingerbread cakes stay fresh for 1 week.
Breakfast cookies and decorated cookies are fresh for up to 3 months at room temperature.
