We're known for our fresh baked, Kosher goodies. We are a company of people who are passionate about food, nature, aesthetics and community. We use high quality ingredients, and bake everything from scratch, nothing artificial, no preservatives, and no compromise in flavor. Being yummy is a requirement!

We recommend eating or freezing within a week if possible. They last a bit more than a week if refrigerated or up to 6 months while frozen.

Currently, we ARE using PEANUTS and TREE NUTS in some of our products. We follow a strict allergen control program, where we do a thorough clean up upon the completion of using the nuts. We also take measures to ensure that there is no co-mingling of ingredients, however given the presence of nuts in our bakery there is always a chance that nut-free products could come into contact with nuts and/or their by-products. All of Dancing Deer's products produced in our bakery are certified Kosher Dairy (Star D) under the supervision of OU Direct. Our products are Dairy, Kosher for year-round use, excluding Passover.

We try to provide a large enough variety of individual products as well as medleys so that all of our Dancing Deer customers can find something to enjoy.

If there is a combination of items that we do not currently have available then please let us know! We are always looking for new gift ideas and will try to accommodate substitutions if possible.

Not at the moment. We haven't found a suitable way to replace the eggs or egg whites included in our items.

We have Gluten-Free versions of our most popular items that taste amazing! Please check out our Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip, Molasses Clove or Chocolate Chunk brownies under the Gluten-Free section of our website.

We prepare gifts to be sent out as fast as possible but can not guarantee that an order will be shipped on the same day it is received. Most orders are sent within one to two business days even during the busiest times of the year. Please let us know if an estimated ship or delivery date is needed before placing the order and we can help figure out what options might work best.

We do offer expedited shipping options but they are often much more expensive. We are able to hold orders for shipping at a later time if needed - please try to place orders as soon as possible if a gift needs to arrive by a certain time.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received. Please review the information provided - that way, we are able to make any necessary adjustments before shipping your order.

We ship most orders via UPS Ground. If you need your order sooner, you can choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.

For addresses that include a PO Box, we ship using USPS.

No, unfortunately we cannot ship outside of the U.S.

If you or a loved one outside the U.S. is craving that Dancing Deer flavor, our shortbread cookies travel very well and remain fresh for several months. You know that friend who still owes you a favor? Arrange for Dancing Deer to ship the goodies to your friend, and your friend can ship them to you - how sweet!

Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes using USPS. However, because transit times can vary, we don’t recommend using a PO Box for perishable items like cookies, as longer delivery times may affect freshness

Our team works throughout the week, but we bake and ship orders Monday through Thursday to ensure the freshest possible delivery.

During our holiday seasons, we may extend our production and shipping schedule to accommodate higher order volumes.
