Standard Shipping
All orders placed by 11:59 p.m. EST can be processed the following business day and can ship out to arrive within 7 business days. Shipping dates are automatically calculated based on desired arrival date and recipient's shipping address. You may select future arrival dates on all orders.
Standard shipping delivery dates are estimated, based on the guidelines below. Depending on the day of the week you place your order, you can usually expect the following:
2nd Day Air Delivery
All orders placed by 11:59 p.m. EST can be processed the following business day and delivered 2 business days from that date. For example,

Inclement Weather Conditions
Please note, that we are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather.
Alaska and Hawaii
Unfortunately, Standard shipping is not available to either Alaska or Hawaii. As such, deliveries to both locations need to be shipped either 2nd Day, 3 Day Select or Next Day Air.
Saturday Delivery
Fedex delivers Monday through Friday and does NOT consider Saturday or Sunday to be standard delivery days. As such, Saturday delivery is only available in certain areas and requires an additional shipping cost. Please contact a Deer at 888-699-DEER to find out more details.
Dancing Deer ships all of our packages via Fedex from our bakery in Boston, Massachusetts. Most Fedex Standard, residential deliveries are made using Fedex SurePost, which is a partnership between Fedex and the United States Postal Service. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but cannot ship outside of the 50 United States.
Street Address Required
We can ship to P.O boxes via Standard service only. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to APO’s, FPO’s or overseas addresses.
Saturday/Sunday are not Standard delivery days
Deliveries are generally made on Monday through Friday.
Deliveries occur typically from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Typically they will deliver to businesses first, and then to residential addresses.
Signature Required?
Residential addresses typically do not require a signature and if left, drivers are instructed to leave packages "out of sight & out of weather". HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is NOT required to leave the package.
Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package. Please be sure to include the company name and floor/suite number if you are sending to an office building.
*Important note on apartments: When delivering to apartment buildings, drivers typically do not leave packages without signature unless there is a concierge, a mail room or a building manager available to sign on behalf of the recipient. Typing "please leave without signature" as part of the shipping address does not guarantee that the package will be released without signature. Please be sure to include the apartment number - delivery will be delayed without this address information.
Three Delivery Attempts
Following each delivery attempt, the driver will leave a note on the door following each delivery attempt. They will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to Dancing Deer.
Tracking your Order
To track your package, simply log in to your Dancing Deer account and select, "Check on my order Status/History" and then select "Track Order" to view your package progress through Fedex.
